Feluda and his gang gets invited to North Bengal by a wealthy Zamindar to solve a piece of a puzzle supposedly leading to buried "treasure", but things take a turn for the unexpected with a mysterious death and rumors about a man-eating tiger in the jungles.

The movie consists of two Feluda stories by Satyajit Ray, Samaddar-er-Chabi and Golokdham Rahashya, shown on either half of the film. It was a tribute to the 50-year anniversary of Feluda and a sequel to Royal Bengal Rahashya (2011).

Abhiroop Mukherji, an ambitious scientist, is trying to connect with aliens and finally succeeds in his experiment. But when a gangster kidnaps him to gain power using his experiment, an unexpected friend helps him.
