The Shadow Master returns with the power of the Sea Pearl to sink the world. To defeat him, Paddle Pop and his friends must adventure in the sea and find Magus, a legendary lion who can teach Paddle Pop to use his powers in the sea.

After Paddle Pop defeats the Shadow Master, the peace in the Lion kingdom is under a new threat from the ruler of the ocean.
